Acrobat Reader punctuation printing issue

I experience some printing issue with Acrobat Reader 7.0.8. For Acrobat Reader version higher than 7.0X, some Windows users cannot properly print out punctuation such as -, " ; they may become ? or shows the sign of lack of the proper fonts. I find this when some of my co users visit the SFC and try to download and print their forms.

Acrobat 5.05 and 6.01 are not affected. I would try to find out from their FAQ and forums. If you have similar prbolem with me, please un-install the current Acrobat Reader and use an earlier version of Acrobat Reader that has been security-checked.
